01Who we are
RazeConnect (“we”, “us”) operates razeconnect.com and the customer portal. This policy explains what personal data we process and why.
02Data we collect
Account data: name, email, company, phone number, country and login credentials (stored as salted hashes).
Usage data: call detail records including dialled numbers, caller ID, timestamps, duration and cost — required to provide and bill the service.
Security data: IP addresses, browser user-agents and login history, used to protect accounts and detect abuse.
Payment data: top-up amounts, invoice identifiers and blockchain transaction references. We do not receive or store private keys or card numbers.
03How we use it
To provide, bill and support the service; to secure accounts and prevent fraud; to meet legal and regulatory obligations; and to send service and transactional messages. We do not sell personal data.
04Sharing
We share data only with providers needed to run the service — upstream voice carriers (for call delivery), our cryptocurrency payment processor, email delivery and hosting providers — and with authorities where legally required.
05Retention
Call records are retained for as long as required for billing, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Security logs are retained for a limited period. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymised afterwards where the law permits.
06Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your theme preference. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
07Your rights
Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to certain processing. Email [email protected] to make a request.
08Security
We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, optional two-factor authentication, account lockouts and least-privilege access to protect your data.
