Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated September 1, 2026.
01Purpose
This policy protects our network, our upstream partners and the people receiving your calls. It applies to all accounts and all traffic.
02Prohibited traffic
You must not use the service for: fraud of any kind, including artificially inflated traffic (IRSF), Wangiri or traffic pumping; unsolicited robocalls or calls that break telemarketing or consent laws in the origin or destination country; spoofing caller ID to impersonate a person or organisation or to mislead the called party; harassment, threats or illegal content; or any traffic that is unlawful where it originates or terminates.
03Caller ID
On CLI routes you may only present numbers you own or are authorised to use. We may restrict or override caller ID where we suspect misuse.
04Network integrity
You must not attempt to probe, scan or attack our switch, portal or APIs, circumvent rate limits or authentication, or resell access in a way that hides the true originator of traffic from us.
05Security of your equipment
You are responsible for securing your PBX, dialler and SIP credentials. Use strong, unique passwords, restrict access by IP where possible and monitor your usage.
06Enforcement
We may block destinations, throttle traffic, suspend or terminate accounts without notice where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached. Where required we will cooperate with law enforcement and upstream carriers.
07Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse of our network to [email protected] with the calling number, called number and time of the call.
